Vertical Automotive Wilton Manors

Took my Tesla for an alignment and they did a great job. While other places wouldn't even do an alignment for a Tesla or didn't know how to do it, Vertical Automotive had the expertise and a great price. They were significantly cheaper and they got it done within the week unlike the dealer who wanted me to wait three weeks for an appointment.

From the moment I brought my vehicle in for repairs, Reece made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done without ever feeling like I was being upsold. What really impressed me was his professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they’re satisfied. My vehicle’s AC was quickly repaired, runs great, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

Visited Vertical Automotive for the installation of a complete lowering kit including rear camber arms, spacers, and springs. Vertical Automotive did not disappoint. My service advisor Lazaro was extremely welcoming and answered all of my questions while taking exceptional care of my vehicle while it was being serviced. My technician Collin knocked it out of the park with the installation. The car looks and feels great and I cannot recommend them enough!

With a caveat that my auto has only been back for two days…. These guys were great. This was my first time using them. Previously, I had only used the dealership for any issues with my almost six-year-old Jeep. Based on my interaction with the guys at vertical, I will never go back to the dealership again. They were: - Super friendly; - Incredibly fast; - Proactive about getting me information; and - Clear and upfront about pricing. Seriously. I had an outstanding experience, and will be happy to recommend them.

I’ve brought my car to Vertical Automotive a few times now and consistently have a great experience. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. They provide detailed, easy-to-understand inspection reports along with clear recommendations on what needs attention now versus what can reasonably wait. There’s never any sales pressure — just honest explanations and transparency. I also appreciate that they’re willing to explore alternative parts or solutions to help fit your budget. Reece at the front desk is especially helpful and professional, doing a great job communicating between the shop and customers. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely continue bringing my car here for future service needs.
